拱板設(she)備之(zhi)大跨度拱形(xing)鋼結構主(zhu)拱吊(diao)裝
1.分段(duan)及吊機的(de)選擇(ze)
根據施工現場的(de)(de)實際情況,結合鋼構件的(de)(de)總(zong)(zong)重量(liang),進行(xing)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)機械的(de)(de)選擇(ze)及分(fen)段數量(liang)。首(shou)先(xian)考慮吊(diao)裝(zhuang)機械的(de)(de)一般(ban)起重量(liang),工作半徑,并結合鋼無(wu)梁拱(gong)總(zong)(zong)重量(liang),底部混凝土(tu)柱的(de)(de)柱距等,確定鋼無(wu)梁拱(gong)分(fen)段數量(liang)及尺寸(cun),根據單體重量(liang)最大時的(de)(de)起重參數,進行(xing)吊(diao)機的(de)(de)選擇(ze)。
2.拱形屋面安裝(zhuang)總體流(liu)程:
1)首先進行(xing)鋼(gang)柱(zhu)及鋼(gang)柱(zhu)之(zhi)間的連梁(liang)(liang)拱(gong)(gong)形(xing)(xing)屋(wu)面(mian)(mian)安(an)裝(zhuang),2)為了使(shi)屋(wu)面(mian)(mian)結構形(xing)(xing)成穩定的體系,所以對兩端(duan)第二段中(zhong)間拱(gong)(gong)進行(xing)拱(gong)(gong)形(xing)(xing)屋(wu)面(mian)(mian)安(an)裝(zhuang),并進行(xing)兩端(duan)屋(wu)面(mian)(mian)梁(liang)(liang)和(he)鋼(gang)柱(zhu)的拼裝(zhuang)拱(gong)(gong)形(xing)(xing)屋(wu)面(mian)(mian)安(an)裝(zhuang),同時(shi)對兩端(duan)屋(wu)面(mian)(mian)梁(liang)(liang)之(zhi)間的連梁(liang)(liang)和(he)水平(ping)剪刀支撐(cheng)進行(xing)拱(gong)(gong)形(xing)(xing)屋(wu)面(mian)(mian)安(an)裝(zhuang)
2.5、卸荷
1.總體(ti)思路
在(zai)卸(xie)(xie)(xie)荷(he)前,整個鋼結構(gou)荷(he)載(zai)分(fen)(fen)別由鋼柱、支撐(cheng)架(jia)及主(zhu)拱(gong)(gong)承擔,卸(xie)(xie)(xie)載(zai)時支撐(cheng)架(jia)上(shang)所承受(shou)的荷(he)載(zai)逐漸(jian)過度到鋼柱和主(zhu)拱(gong)(gong)上(shang),最終形(xing)成穩定的承載(zai)體(ti)系(xi)。卸(xie)(xie)(xie)載(zai)過程是使屋蓋系(xi)統(tong)緩慢協同空間受(shou)力(li)的過程,此時整個屋蓋系(xi)統(tong)的內(nei)力(li)重新分(fen)(fen)布,并逐漸(jian)過度到設計狀態。在(zai)卸(xie)(xie)(xie)載(zai)時應(ying)遵循“變形(xing)協調、卸(xie)(xie)(xie)載(zai)均衡”的原則(ze),采用從中(zhong)間向兩邊逐步卸(xie)(xie)(xie)荷(he)的施(shi)工方案,先卸(xie)(xie)(xie)載(zai)中(zhong)間拱(gong)(gong)的支撐(cheng)架(jia),卸(xie)(xie)(xie)完(wan)后再(zai)進(jin)行主(zhu)拱(gong)(gong)的卸(xie)(xie)(xie)荷(he),兩榀主(zhu)拱(gong)(gong)應(ying)同時由中(zhong)間向兩端進(jin)行。
2.卸荷具體施工過程:
1)在(zai)主拱(gong)下各支(zhi)撐(cheng)架的(de)支(zhi)撐(cheng)點的(de)H型鋼梁上(shang)設臵型號為QL50的(de)50噸螺旋千斤頂(ding),支(zhi)撐(cheng)點上(shang)設臵一個。
2)在(zai)每個螺旋千斤頂的(de)頂部(bu)利用Φ219的(de)鋼管(guan)做套筒(tong),再在(zai)鋼管(guan)的(de)頂部(bu)做與拱(gong)架(jia)角度(du)相同(tong)的(de)支托做為臨時支撐(cheng)。
3)調節螺栓千(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)的高度,使支托支撐在拱(gong)架的底(di)部,頂(ding)緊(jin)到位
金屬拱形屋(wu)頂4)在每根H型(xing)梁千(qian)斤頂的落位處(chu)設臵鋼(gang)板卡碼,固定千(qian)斤頂,防(fang)止千(qian)斤頂在支撐(cheng)H型(xing)鋼(gang)梁上滑落和失(shi)穩(wen),
5)待所(suo)有支(zhi)撐點(dian)上的(de)臨時千斤頂支(zhi)撐到位、頂緊后,按(an)照從中(zhong)間到兩邊(bian)的(de)順序(xu)逐漸拆(chai)除(chu)原臨時的(de)支(zhi)撐,讓主拱逐步落位在(zai)千斤頂支(zhi)托上。
