1.分段及吊機的選擇
根(gen)據施(shi)工現場的實際情況,結合鋼構(gou)件的總(zong)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang),進行吊(diao)裝(zhuang)機(ji)械(xie)的選擇(ze)及(ji)分段(duan)數量(liang)(liang)。首先考慮(lv)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)機(ji)械(xie)的一般起重(zhong)量(liang)(liang),工作半徑,并(bing)結合鋼無(wu)梁拱總(zong)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang),底部混凝土柱的柱距等,確定鋼無(wu)梁拱分段(duan)數量(liang)(liang)及(ji)尺寸,根(gen)據單(dan)體重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)最大時的起重(zhong)參(can)數,進行吊(diao)機(ji)的選擇(ze)。
2.拱形屋面安裝總體流程:
1)首先進行鋼柱及(ji)鋼柱之間的連梁(liang)拱形屋(wu)面(mian)安裝,
2)為了使屋(wu)面(mian)結構形(xing)成穩(wen)定的體(ti)系(xi),所以對兩端(duan)第二(er)段中(zhong)間(jian)(jian)拱進(jin)行(xing)拱形(xing)屋(wu)面(mian)安裝,并進(jin)行(xing)兩端(duan)屋(wu)面(mian)梁和(he)鋼柱的拼裝拱形(xing)屋(wu)面(mian)安裝,同時對兩端(duan)屋(wu)面(mian)梁之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的連梁和(he)水(shui)平剪刀支撐進(jin)行(xing)拱形(xing)屋(wu)面(mian)安裝
2.5、卸(xie)荷
1.總體思路(lu)
在卸(xie)(xie)(xie)荷(he)前,整個鋼結構荷(he)載(zai)分(fen)別由鋼柱、支撐架(jia)(jia)及主拱(gong)(gong)承擔(dan),卸(xie)(xie)(xie)載(zai)時(shi)(shi)支撐架(jia)(jia)上(shang)所承受的(de)(de)(de)荷(he)載(zai)逐漸過(guo)(guo)(guo)度到鋼柱和(he)主拱(gong)(gong)上(shang),最終形成穩(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)承載(zai)體系(xi)。卸(xie)(xie)(xie)載(zai)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程是(shi)使屋蓋系(xi)統緩慢(man)協同空(kong)間(jian)受力(li)的(de)(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程,此時(shi)(shi)整個屋蓋系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)力(li)重新分(fen)布,并逐漸過(guo)(guo)(guo)度到設計狀態。在卸(xie)(xie)(xie)載(zai)時(shi)(shi)應(ying)遵循“變形協調、卸(xie)(xie)(xie)載(zai)均衡”的(de)(de)(de)原則,采(cai)用從中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)向兩邊逐步(bu)卸(xie)(xie)(xie)荷(he)的(de)(de)(de)施工方案,先卸(xie)(xie)(xie)載(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)拱(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)支撐架(jia)(jia),卸(xie)(xie)(xie)完(wan)后再進行(xing)(xing)主拱(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)卸(xie)(xie)(xie)荷(he),兩榀主拱(gong)(gong)應(ying)同時(shi)(shi)由中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)向兩端進行(xing)(xing)。
2.卸荷具體施工過程:
1)在主拱(gong)下各支(zhi)撐架的(de)支(zhi)撐點(dian)的(de)H型(xing)鋼梁上設臵型(xing)號為QL50的(de)50噸(dun)螺旋(xuan)千斤頂(ding),支(zhi)撐點(dian)上設臵一(yi)個。
2)在每(mei)個(ge)螺旋千斤頂(ding)的頂(ding)部(bu)利用Φ219的鋼管(guan)做(zuo)套(tao)筒,再在鋼管(guan)的頂(ding)部(bu)做(zuo)與拱(gong)架(jia)角度(du)相(xiang)同(tong)的支托做(zuo)為臨時(shi)支撐。

4)在(zai)每根(gen)H型(xing)梁(liang)千(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)的落位處設臵鋼(gang)板卡碼,固定千(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding),防止千(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)在(zai)支撐H型(xing)鋼(gang)梁(liang)上(shang)滑落和失穩(wen),
5)待所(suo)有支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)點上的臨(lin)(lin)時千斤頂(ding)支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)到位、頂(ding)緊后,按照從中間到兩邊的順序逐(zhu)漸拆(chai)除原臨(lin)(lin)時的支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng),讓(rang)主拱逐(zhu)步落位在千斤頂(ding)支(zhi)(zhi)托上。
