拱板設備之大跨度拱形(xing)鋼結構(gou)主(zhu)拱吊裝及拱形(xing)屋面安裝
1.分段及吊機的選擇
根(gen)(gen)據施工(gong)現場的(de)實際(ji)情(qing)況(kuang),結合鋼(gang)構件的(de)總重(zhong)量(liang),進(jin)行吊(diao)(diao)裝機械的(de)選擇及分段數量(liang)。
首先考(kao)慮吊(diao)(diao)裝機械的(de)一般起重(zhong)量(liang),工(gong)作半徑,并結合鋼(gang)無(wu)梁拱總重(zhong)量(liang),底(di)部混(hun)凝土柱的(de)柱距等,確定(ding)鋼(gang)無(wu)梁拱分段數量(liang)及尺寸,根(gen)(gen)據單體重(zhong)量(liang)最大時的(de)起重(zhong)參數,進(jin)行吊(diao)(diao)機的(de)選擇。
2.拱形(xing)屋面安裝總體流程:
1)首先(xian)進(jin)行(xing)鋼(gang)柱(zhu)(zhu)及鋼(gang)柱(zhu)(zhu)之間的連梁拱(gong)形(xing)(xing)屋面安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),2)為(wei)了使屋面結構形(xing)(xing)成穩定的體系,所以對兩端第二段中間拱(gong)進(jin)行(xing)拱(gong)形(xing)(xing)屋面安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),并(bing)進(jin)行(xing)兩端屋面梁和鋼(gang)柱(zhu)(zhu)的拼裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)拱(gong)形(xing)(xing)屋面安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),同時對兩端屋面梁之間的連梁和水(shui)平剪(jian)刀支撐進(jin)行(xing)拱(gong)形(xing)(xing)屋面安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)
2.5、卸(xie)荷(he)
1.總體思(si)路
在卸(xie)荷前(qian),整(zheng)個鋼(gang)(gang)結構荷載(zai)(zai)分別由鋼(gang)(gang)柱、支撐架(jia)及(ji)主拱承擔,卸(xie)載(zai)(zai)時(shi)支撐架(jia)上所承受(shou)的(de)(de)荷載(zai)(zai)逐(zhu)漸過度到(dao)鋼(gang)(gang)柱和主拱上,最終形(xing)成穩(wen)定(ding)的(de)(de)承載(zai)(zai)體系(xi)。卸(xie)載(zai)(zai)過程是(shi)使屋蓋系(xi)統緩(huan)慢協同空(kong)間受(shou)力的(de)(de)過程,此時(shi)整(zheng)個屋蓋系(xi)統的(de)(de)內(nei)力重新分布(bu),并逐(zhu)漸過度到(dao)設計狀態。在卸(xie)載(zai)(zai)時(shi)應(ying)遵循“變形(xing)協調(diao)、卸(xie)載(zai)(zai)均衡”的(de)(de)原(yuan)則,采用從中間向(xiang)兩邊逐(zhu)步卸(xie)荷的(de)(de)施工方案,先卸(xie)載(zai)(zai)中間拱的(de)(de)支撐架(jia),卸(xie)完后再(zai)進行(xing)主拱的(de)(de)卸(xie)荷,兩榀主拱應(ying)同時(shi)由中間向(xiang)兩端進行(xing)。
2.卸荷(he)具體施工過程:
1)在(zai)(zai)主(zhu)拱下各支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐架(jia)的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐點(dian)的(de)H型鋼(gang)梁上設臵(ge)型號為(wei)QL50的(de)50噸(dun)螺(luo)(luo)旋千(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding),支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐點(dian)上設臵(ge)一個(ge)。
2)在(zai)(zai)每個(ge)螺(luo)(luo)旋千(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)部利(li)用Φ219的(de)鋼(gang)管(guan)做(zuo)套筒,再在(zai)(zai)鋼(gang)管(guan)的(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)部做(zuo)與拱架(jia)角度(du)相同的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)托做(zuo)為(wei)臨時支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐。
3)調節螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)千(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)高度(du),使支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)托支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐在(zai)(zai)拱架(jia)的(de)底部,頂(ding)(ding)(ding)緊到(dao)位。4)在(zai)(zai)每根(gen)H型梁千(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)落位處設臵(ge)鋼(gang)板卡碼,固定千(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding),防止千(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)在(zai)(zai)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐H型鋼(gang)梁上滑落和失穩,5)待所有支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐點(dian)上的(de)臨時千(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐到(dao)位、頂(ding)(ding)(ding)緊后,按照從中間到(dao)兩邊的(de)順序(xu)逐漸拆除原臨時的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐,讓主(zhu)拱逐步落位在(zai)(zai)千(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)托上。
