1、無梁拱工藝流程
無梁拱(gong)建立拱(gong)形屋(wu)面(mian)測量控制網及(ji)測量控制 → 主拱(gong)支撐架(jia)體設計→ 主拱(gong)吊裝(zhuang)及(ji)拱(gong)形屋(wu)面(mian)安裝(zhuang) → 卸荷
2、無梁(liang)拱操(cao)作(zuo)要點
大跨度鋼無梁拱(gong)拱(gong)形屋面(mian)安(an)裝同時(shi)涉(she)及分段及吊(diao)機的(de)選擇、施(shi)工(gong)測量定位、支撐架體的(de)設臵、鋼無梁拱(gong)的(de)吊(diao)裝及拱(gong)形屋面(mian)安(an)裝、卸荷等多種拱(gong)形屋面(mian)施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)藝,而鋼無梁拱(gong)的(de)吊(diao)裝及拱(gong)形屋面(mian)安(an)裝是整個施(shi)工(gong)過程的(de)關(guan)鍵。
2.1、建立測量控制(zhi)網及測量控制(zhi)
1.GPS點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)交(jiao)接及復核
根(gen)據GPS點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)成(cheng)果,制(zhi)定點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位精度的(de)復查,具體測(ce)量(liang)步(bu)驟:根(gen)據GPS點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)布(bu)(bu)局,在施工區域邊布(bu)(bu)設(she)二級(ji)控制(zhi)網,按(an)閉合導線(xian)(xian)的(de)觀測(ce)方法(fa),計算出導線(xian)(xian)精度,再(zai)根(gen)據計算出的(de)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位精度,如(ru)果GPS點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)成(cheng)果符(fu)合施工要(yao)求(qiu)即可使用(yong),反(fan)之(zhi)要(yao)對導線(xian)(xian)實行平(ping)差后(hou)才可使用(yong);對水(shui)準點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)復查,采(cai)用(yong)國家(jia)二級(ji)水(shui)準的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)進行復查,在施工區域內(nei)按(an)施工需要(yao)布(bu)(bu)設(she)若(ruo)干固定的(de)水(shui)準基準點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),對布(bu)(bu)設(she)的(de)水(shui)準點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)實行聯測(ce)。
建(jian)立施工控制(zhi)網(有軸線(xian)(xian)控制(zhi)樁),形成(cheng)統一布(bu)(bu)局
2.2、施工(gong)中的(de)測量(liang)控制
1.主(zhu)拱跨(kua)度(du)大,對于(yu)四個主(zhu)拱與地面接觸(chu)(chu)點的控制精度(du)要求相對高,在二級(ji)導(dao)線的基礎上用極坐標法(fa)放樣出四個接觸(chu)(chu)點,建立(li)一矩形導(dao)線閉合(he)環(huan),用距離(li)、角度(du)復核精度(du);
2.主拱(gong)為斜平(ping)面主拱(gong),在測量(liang)控(kong)制上采(cai)用直角相(xiang)交觀測法;
3.主拱(gong)(gong)采用分段拱(gong)(gong)形(xing)屋(wu)面安裝,在二級(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)基礎上(shang)布臵(ge)方格網,對桁架節點進行控(kong)制(zhi)
4.高(gao)程測(ce)量(liang)
依(yi)據(ju)現場的已(yi)知水(shui)(shui)準點(dian),在施(shi)工場區內測(ce)設水(shui)(shui)準基準點(dian),水(shui)(shui)準點(dian)的密度應為100m左右一個,水(shui)(shui)準路(lu)線構成附和路(lu)線,以(yi)便校核,觀測(ce)精(jing)度要(yao)滿足四等水(shui)(shui)準的要(yao)求,閉合(he)差(cha)要(yao)小于(yu)(L為線路(lu)長,以(yi)千米(mi)計;n為測(ce)站數。)
5.變(bian)形(xing)(xing)觀測
在確認施工(gong)拱形(xing)(xing)屋面安裝(zhuang)準(zhun)確后(hou),以拱形(xing)(xing)屋面安裝(zhuang)監(jian)測所測定(ding)的(de)(de)每個標(biao)志(zhi)點的(de)(de)實(shi)際坐標(biao)和高程作(zuo)為基準(zhun)值(zhi)。以后(hou)每隔2周(zhou)按拱形(xing)(xing)屋面安裝(zhuang)監(jian)測時用(yong)同精度的(de)(de)觀測方法(fa)對標(biao)志(zhi)點進行觀測,計算出(chu)坐標(biao)和高程與基準(zhun)值(zhi)進行比較,從而(er)確認鋼架(jia)頂部(bu)的(de)(de)變(bian)形(xing)(xing)情(qing)況。直至建筑物(wu)封頂看不見標(biao)志(zhi)點后(hou),變(bian)形(xing)(xing)觀測結束。
